Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for digital services within 14 days of the purchase date without conditions.
A refund may also be given after 14 days based on the following conditions:
Service Not as Described: If the delivered service does not match the description or specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, you may request a refund.
Technical Issues: If there are significant technical issues with the digital service that prevent its proper use, and our team is unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a refund.
No Partial Refunds: Services that have been partially delivered or utilized may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Profiteers BluePrint, based on the extent of the service provided.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain digital services are non-refundable:
Completed Projects: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for a refund.
Custom Services: Custom digital services that have been tailored specifically to your requirements are non-refundable once delivered, unless they do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for clients who change their minds after the service has been delivered as per the original agreement.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Evaluation: Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the conditions outlined above. We may request additional information to assist in the evaluation.
Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Modification and Cancellation
Service Modifications: If you wish to modify a service in progress, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may incur additional charges.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service before delivery, please notify us immediately. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
